As part of the cognitive science minor, I took a phonetics class. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and wrote a simple tool to help type the letters of the phonetic alphabet.

To use: Up and Down arrows cycle through related phonetic symbols. Left and Right arrows move the cursor.
